Mooz bakes a large variety of breads. Aside from the typical white and brown loafs, there are the rustic, hard crusted sour dough, olive and sundried tomato breads. For the healthy eaters, you have your seeded health, gluten free, low GI and rye breads. Although often found on the Mooz shelves, to guarantee availability it’s best to order these specialty breads direct from Mooz. In the case of rye, customers have the choice of normal, seedless and 100% rye.


On a Friday, Mooz’s famous challah (plaited) breads are baked for the Sabbath. In true Mooz style, not only do we bake the traditional challah breads, but we have also fashioned the exotic rosemary and coarse salt challah, and for the sweeter tooth, the sweet crusted or chocolate chip challahs.
